Futurecom is the must-attend event for a wide range of professionals and companies, including not only executives and managers, but also engineers, developers, investors, consultants, regulators and academics. In addition to the technology, telecommunications, IT, innovation and digital transformation sectors, the event is relevant to all areas seeking to integrate emerging technologies into their operations. Yes, there is a fee for the event, both for visiting and for participating in the Congresses. The prices for the 2025 edition will be announced soon.

The cost to attend the congresses varies depending on the chosen track. We have three different tracks, each with a specific price: Future CongressFuture Cyber, and Future GOV.

You can choose the track that interests you the most or purchase the FullPass or FutureVIP ticket, which provides access to all tracks according to your preferences and needs. Check the prices and types of tickets by clicking here.

Attention: access credentials for the Future Congress, Future Cyber, Future GOV conferences or Full Pass and Future VIP credentials must be collected at the event.

Futurecom 2025 is an in-person event and will take place from September 30 to October 2, 2025, at the SP Expo Exhibition & Convention Center - Rodovia dos Imigrantes, Km 1.5. Click here to see on the map

Congress: 9am to 6pm | Exhibition: 10am to 8pm

Entry is prohibited for minors under 18 years of age, unless they are accompanied by their parents or guardian, who must sign a liability waiver upon entry, thus allowing entry to the minor. Attention: Participants under 18 years old must also purchase a ticket to attend Futurecom.

The venue has parking with 6,500 spaces, including 4,500 in a parking garage with direct access to the event pavilion and automated payment. Additionally, there are 430 bicycle spaces with free access.

The São Paulo Expo parking garage also features a charging station for hybrid and electric cars, with a power of 3.7 KVA and two types of cables (TYPE 1 and TYPE 2). The equipment is operated by Índigo and allows for the charging of one vehicle at a time, free of charge.

Yes, app or taxi cars are allowed. Furthermore, at the event location, there is a boarding and disembarking point specifically designated for these cases, aiming to facilitate access and ensure the comfort of participants.

Yes, there will be free transportation to the event location. Shuttle vans will start 30 minutes before the event and end 30 minutes after the event. Meeting points: Santos Imigrantes Station (green subway line) and Plaza Sul Shopping Mall.

As it is a business tradeshow for industry professionals, entry will not be permitted to individuals wearing flip-flops, tank tops, and/or shorts.

Yes, we will provide motorized wheelchairs for accessibility at the event. In addition, the venue has access ramps and elevators for access to the pavilion, and all areas, including the stands, are accessible via ramps. If you need to use a motorized wheelchair, you must request one at the entrance to the event.

Yes, we will have fixed food points featuring well-known brands and options for vegan and vegetarian diets. Additionally, the venue includes its own restaurant, the Anexo Restaurant, a cozy space operated by our partner Eldorado.

For your convenience, we offer a luggage storage service so you can store your belongings, which includes space for small suitcases. Participants can use this service to safely store their belongings during the event, for a fee of R$45.00.

Yes, the certificate will be issued after the event to those who respond to the satisfaction survey sent via participant email, only for congress attendees.
